Our Mission
Passion for Excellence
At Luminate, our focus is your potential. We are invigorated by realizing high-growth goals and scaling some of the most promising global SaaS companies.
Our mission is to be a private equity firm that provides tactical, company-specific execution as your side-by-side partner. We make concentrated investments so that we can spend more time with each company.
We also try to minimize the distraction of the transaction from running the business. Our view is that when it comes to getting a deal done, simple, fast and certain are best.

Our Philosophy
Driving Consistent Growth
We target enterprise SaaS companies with true product-market fit with high retention customers that receive real return on investment from the software. As a result, we underwrite scalable growth and do not believe that cost reduction leads to value creation.
We are currently making investments out of our most recent fund, which has $1 billion in committed capital.

relentless value creation
